Your post is not related to this thread. Why are you submitting it then?

I asked why this happend and why you appear not to care if one of your customer's account disappears with all his data and settings.

Will you answer this?

First, please do not disrespect the staff. GamingX was clearly stating that if your matter was not resolved, you could of reopened your thread and said so there.

So far, I don't see any reason to keep this thread open. All you did was post a link to your closed thread and mention something about an account being gone. If you continuing to have problems, the best result would be to state the continued issue so it can be resolved.

I looked over your previous thread. If an account was terminated or close, there is nothing in anyone's power to return the account. ( Which was stated as such )

If you could calmly and politely explain your situation ( As I am asking this - I am not aware of your current or past problems so allowing me to know from the beginning to current what is happening may allow me to assess and fix the situation the best I can )

My situtation is, that I'm very displeased with the way you re treating my issue. As I said thats not the first time I'm having serious problems to access my stuff - tho its definitly the first time everything got deleted accidently.
Previous times it has all been solved by some of the fellas arround here but this time I get nothing but words.

I expect you to explain me why im sustaining all these problems and why you are not answering my above questions. (i admit 2nd post is edited)

First, I asked that you politely explain your situation. By directing your anger and blame on me, makes me less interested in assisting you. As i stated, I have not assisted you before, so I don't know your issue from Adam's. Saying that I have mistreated your issue is a little harsh. I am doing the best I can to assist you and would like the same respect you are expecting. If I have mistreated you or mistreated your issue, please point it out and I will be happy to correct my mistake.

So far, you haven't really explained the situation. You stated your situation was that you were displeased in how I handled something. So, I will fix that by asking you to re-read what I wrote above. I am attempting to assist you.

Explain to you why you are having all these problems? I would, if I knew what your problems were. Again, I have tried to explain in my first post that I am just now stepping in to try and assist. I don't know your problem, what happened, what has happened up to this point and was trying to ask politely for you to start from the beginning so I can get a better understanding of the situation.

on irc i ve just been told that the log shows that ive not logged in to the forums for two weeks and therefore my account got deleted.

lol. okay. to be honest i think this rule is not very clever. but anyway i think ive got my answer now.:lockd:

It is quite alright. I was just wanting to make sure I wasn't the one being singled out on a rampage.
As I was waiting for your response, I spoke with one of my superiors and they show that your original account was suspended for inactivity on 03/06/08 at 12:29am. Under our rules, if an account remains suspended for any reason ( Inactivity, Warez, etc ) after 10 days, the system terminates the account.

Your account was terminated on 03/16/08 at 2:30am.

Some have disagreed with this inactivity rule, but its what it is. When you applied for x10, that was stated in the Terms of Service. It seems you do have an account with us currently. I do want to apologize for the loss of your files and information and if I could, would of returned this to you, but it is beyond my power or control and from what I have understood, when an account is terminated on the free servers, there is no way to retrieve a backup of the lost material.

If I understand correctly from your post, you state now that you understand what happen? Is this correct?
