I think Nedren is still working on the main page so the main page login is not working, You'll have to go to www.yoursub.x10hosting.com/cpanel (or exofire.net whatever you use).

If your account was even created.

haha you have to put your subdomain like http://sub.x10hosting.com/cpanel/

so like for me its http://outpost4.x10hosting.com/cpanel/ (if i had a subdomain)
