Hi,
I've just registered my account, and when i click on File Manager in the cPanel, it appears that there isn't any public_html folder and www folder. And due to that, i can't seem to upload any files. Please assist.

Thanks. ^ _ ^

Hello,

It appears something got messed up when your account was being created, leaving you with only a halfway-created account. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to delete the account and have you sign up again. As such, I have deleted your account and you can sign up for a new hosting account by logging into your account panel with your email address and password, clicking Hosting at the top, and following the links there to sign up again. Let me know if you run into any issues (and list specific error messages and codes if you see them).

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for using x10Hosting!

Hi,

I can't seem to register a new account like you mention. Here's what i did;

(1)x10hosting.com -> Login -> https://x10hosting.com/control/ -> Hosting -> No hosting found, register at x10hosting.com -> Clicked on link -> Back to (1) (And stuck in this loophole)

Please advice.
Thanks.
