All issues are of equal importance in the ticket system, but they are attended to in the order they were created. There is a bug in cPanel right now about XML parsing, so support is backed up for the next 48 hours or so. You could also use the X10 chat for help, or you could wait until someone could help you. Anyway, we can't see your ticket because you need to be logged in with your forums account information.
Imagine this, there is a sever wide issue, and most of the thousands of people who use x10 are asking for support right now from the 5 or so account managers online at a time. I can't blame you for getting impatient. I would recommend getting onto the live chat at the x10support site which is faster. Or, the IRC server is a good way to talk one on one with admin, even though it is not official support.
