1. Are you 100% sure that you entered the CORRECT email address?
2. Check your spam folders. Some spam-blockers don't like forums.
3. When you were on the "Thanks for signing up" page or whatever it says, there was a link that would allow you to re-send your confirmation email. View your history and see if you can pull that page back up.
If none of these work, then wait for an Account Manager to assist you.
