No signature available

I can edit my profile, settings, avatar, email, etc. But I don't seem to have any link to edit (add) a signature. Where should I be looking?

You should have atleast 5 post for signatures to get enabled

I believe I read all of the "Getting Started" threads and did quite a few searches but I must have missed that restriction.
