To whom it may concern:

Recently I changed the name of our subdomain from jaded.exofire.net to sailence.exofire.net. The change occurred almost immediately and I was quite satisfied with the results. Our website was working just fine for the past couple of days until I tried to view it this morning. I'm now receiving the following message when I navigate to http://sailence.exofire.net:

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

Originally I thought that this was a server issue as this sometimes occurs. I can only assume that's due to the number of free sites being hosted and bandwidth is being heavily used. Usually I'll try again later and the site will display without issue. This time however, I've been attempting to view the site for several hours now but with no change. After finally being able to log into our cPanel, I found that for some unknown reason our two databases have been deleted! Would you kindly restore our site from backup or at least let me know the status of this so that I can rebuild the site?

You can reach me via email at the following address:

jenna.wolfe@live.com

Best regards,

Jenna Wolfe

You are on Starka and apparently MySQL on Starka has decided to take a (hopefully) brief vacation.
