Hate to bother with a dumb question but I searched the forums and did not find anything. When trying to view the tutorials in cpanel I am unable to get any volume (it is turned on on my pc) or the closed captioning. What could I be doing wrong? I am on the free hosting Lotus server. Thanks.

I just checked them myself, & got the same results as you.
But it's been a long time since I looked at any of them.
Does anyone know if there is even supposed to be any sound in them?! They might be intended to be silent, & without closed captioning.
Either that, or they have been affected by the server upgrade work that is currently going on.
