My concern here is after peeking at the files themselves, this account has been compromised/hacked since october 3rd. It is now november 1st, 29 days later. How exactly it went by that long without you noticing that it had been compromised, I have no idea.
However, unless one of the higher ups says otherwise:
Security
It is the responsibility of the client to take reasonable security precautions in protecting their login information to their services and the x10Hosting billing area. It is always the client's responsibilty to ensure security of their website or VPS service, x10Hosting is not responsible for compromised scripts or servers.
From our Acceptable Use Policy.
Unless told otherwise by actual staff this may very well be a permanent zero tolerance suspension, if only because it somehow went unnoticed and unrepaired by you for 29 days.
Edit: Oh, forgot to mention, the suspension says "possibly compromised, shellscripts, phishing site" - Clear out the first part, the index.html flat out says it was hacked, and the last 2 are most -definitely- there in several flavors.
