Nonsensical Suspensions

I have just received a suspension for inactivity of over a month, what's going on?
I have been working on my MSc project day in and day out and I have been using this account constantly.

Then I got a second suspension within a few days saying I have not used the site in over a month. Which is nonsensical as I have just been in to remove the suspension.

You have to login into forums once in 31 days to remain active.login to cpanel is not counted.
Remember to login in forums before and after unsuspending .Remain for 10 mins so that system can mark you active
