Trying to sell my department on your services with your free service before bumping to x10premium, I must say.... this is not a good look for you guys.

Immediately after I opened up my account, I witnessed downtime for the server where I am hosted on. I am requesting that we be moved to another server which is experiencing less downtime. Please assist immediately with this!!

Very sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with your free hosting service at this time.
Your server, Starka, is experiencing some temporary difficulties at the moment which should be resolved soon.

It is not possible to move free hosting users from one free hosting server to another.

However, you should be aware that the Premium hosting servers have increased resources available, have much few users per server, and are much more reliable than the free hosting servers. Premium users also receive premium support services.
