Not able to access my cPanel

hi there,

I had registered for your free hosting, below are the details...

Primary Domain:http://pratik.x10hosting.com

cPanel URL:http://pratik.x10hosting.com:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Enhanced

For 2-3 days i was able to login to my cPanel and also added a domain to it.. and the domain is working fine till now. But I am not able to login to my cPanel. Moreover when I made a request to my Reset Password from the cPanel login screen, no new password was mailed to me.

Can the mods or admins help me out with my cPanel logins so that i may start developing on my website.

Yes I have also checked my spam folder... but there is no mail....
its been more than an hour now...

The reset feature only works if you set an Email address in cPanel.

Go to your account panel: http://x10hosting.com/account and reset it there.

I have an Email address in my cPanel... i am able to login to the account using the about link.. but my cPanel wont work... is there any way i can get a new password to access my cPanel so that i may start developing my website...
