Not able to connect to FTP account

Hello

I'm not able to connect to my ftp account, login failed

331 User yap OK. Password required
PASS xxxx
530 Login authentication failed

I generated also generated new account, but login fails...
(trying with ftp> in terminal and gftp)


and, yes I am shure, the password is alright, tryied 30 times, btw maybe I'm just stupid

It is case sensitive, and can you still login to your cPanel?
