Not able to connect to ftp

Hi,
I am not able to connect to my ftp server, I am repeatedly getting following error :
I have already tried both normal ftp and secured ftp...
Kindly help.

Resolving everestmountholiday.com.np.coreftp...
Can't establish connection --> everestmountholiday.com.np.coreftp:21 @ Sat Nov 13 14:12:04 2010 (11004-100)
The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.
