Hi,

I am unable to login into my cPanel or FTP account. However, I am able to login to my account from X10 home page: http://x10hosting.com/account

I am using my own domain name with the account.

I am trying to login into cPanel using URL: http://kumarvora.info:2082/
and for FTP, I am using: ftp://kumarvora.info

My account status is Unsuspended. But currently not able to do anything with my account.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

-K

When I go to your site it's still pointing to the Yahoo parked page, I think that is your problem.

I just tried accessing the web site again, and it transfers me to: http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ [ remember when I login to x10 account, it says my account status is Unsuspended]

And another this is when I point to http://kumarvora.info:2082/
it's taking me to x10 hosting Control panel login page. So, I guess name servers are set up correctly.

I've unsuspended your account.
I see the Yahoo parked page too. I checked your nameservers and got:
Name Servers:
yns1.yahoo.com
yns2.yahoo.com
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Thanks for the support. Now, I see X10 hosting welcome page.

I updated name servers today. So, I guess it might take sometime before it gets applied everywhere.

In either case, shouldn't I be able to login once I see x10 control panel? When I connect using ftp, it seems it's pointing to right ip address, still not able to login. It says Login authentication failed.

Do you think resetting user account [username/ password] will work? If so, can you please do so?

[ I am using same username and password which I use to login into X10 account panel].

Thanks again,

Corey

The account panel user\pass are the same as your forums.

Your cPanel\FTP user is 'kvora' and whatever password you signed up with.
