Not able to login to account panel + site down

[shantanu]

When I login to acc panel it says to enter cpanel UN ie: "shantanu"

And it says that it is invalid.
Also my site shantanuthatte.exofire.net says cannot find server...

HELP...

Nevermind.... I saw that my acc was deleted.... as shantanuthatte.exofire.net was available..... so i created a new acc with same details ie email and UN... at shantanuthatte.x10hosting.com......
