Not able to update website

When I open my webpage, the only thing it displays is the x10hosting.com thing, where it says, if u highlight everything, welcome and go to the forum...! im not very happy bout this, can anyone plz tell me wat 2 do????

Change the index page, clear the cache, then refresh the page..
