not being unsuspended and keep being suspended when not doing anything

hello ive had a suspending request up for around 2 hours now and keep being suspended for high resource usage when im not doing anything wrong is this because i have crons running?
thanks heaps ...

I've seen many threads about frequent suspensions on the Chopin server. I believe the CPU limits may have been temporarily changed while they tweak things (http://status.x10hosting.com/).

What script/CMS are you running on your site? Make sure the crons don't go off within 5 minutes of each other.

I recently posted a post about thi error. Ill quote it here. This is probably due to any scripts you are running on your website, ie wordpress or other like things.

The reason you are being suspended is because you are using a high amount of memory in one time. What im trying to say here is that every time you go to your website or someone else goes to your website, the website tried to load all the data. If you have too much data what will happen is the x10 server will not be able to handle this. These restrictions are so that no body doesnt try to crash the servers. If everyone had high amount of data going at same time like you, it would crash the servers. Its not your fault and the program you are using. If there is a plugins or addons on that system they may be taking too much memory. Therefore every time someone tried to go to access your website, it runes those files and you get suspended. If you upgrade to the paid version of these servers the resources are a lot higher and you would most likely have this program. For the next time you get unsuspended, i suggest you go to your CPANEL and not your Website. Delete any unneccesary plugins or addons and make sure that not too much memory is being held. I suggest backing up your x10hosting account files just incase. Basically, try to remove as many plugins or addons if there is any. Normal content would not do this type of thing as content is loaded invidually, plugins are loaded all together. After deleting innessesary files, you should not have this problem

What techairlines said is also true, due to popular error, this is most likely one of the issues they are dealing with. Just hang in there

We are talking about wordpress and other associated software here, which is pretty stock standard even with plugins on just about every other host. If we are unable to run wordpress, please let us know so that I can find another host that can.

why is the suspension taking forever to unsuspend? its been 4+ hours now and i needa do work on my website

Go to Hosting --> Open Actions. What does the status of the action say? There might be an error.

btw if u needa know when i go to my website that i have with x10hosting it doesnt show the u are banned thing it says

Yes I know, it won't show you on your actual website that you are banned but it will still run t hose scripts and try to run the files. Therefore every time you would go on the website you would be suspended. It won't show it on your website though

If a site is suspended it will show A suspended Page.

Sorry I worded that wrongly, I meant if your account gets a non indefinate suspension, by that I mean high resource usage, you would not et a suspension notice on your website. Isn't hat correct?

For any reason a site gets suspended ,it will be redirected to a SUSPENSION page.

Dont go to your website. It will run those scripts and then suspend you again, after you become unsuspended. Go straight to cpanel and delete some of the addons or widgets you have. Basically delete anything unneccesary. Or you may have to wait till the high resource problem is over. Every time you go to your page you will eventually be suspended.

Your account was unsuspended about 10 hours ago and then was automatically suspended again an hour later for high system resource usage. Did you get a chance to look at things during the unsuspended period? If not, I will try to unsuspend it again.
