Not entering site

Hi,
When I try to access my site in Firefox and IE I get the following error message:

Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_mono/2.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.peder.biz Port 80

Have no idea what that means! It has been like this for at least a few days now. Can you help?

Hi,
Now I can get to my CPANEL and I see that all files on my sites are .... gone! Only cgi-bin remain in the public_html folder. Please tell me that my site will be restored some time soon?!?!?!

This problem is still not solved. My files are gone !!!!!
I had one open account action which was an unsuspension request which gave the following result:

A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: AE3E7FCC

I have tried to resubmit just in case the unsuspension request has something to do with my files being lost (the account is unsuspended but just in case), but no luck. My files are still lost.
HELP !!
