I have upload these files to server by FTP. Uploaded but the server can't find any thing which i load, why???? How can i fix that error? THanks 4 ur help. ^_^

Try to access those files without www, sometimes when you use www new files don't show up.

Make sure your uploading them to public_html/ also..

Are you sure the ftp transfer is successful? You should get a message from whatever ftp program your using saying that it is successful.

Try this: cpanel > FTP Manager > FTP Account Maintenance > Add FTP account

If all else fails, you could always upload files using file manager in cpanel..
