I find It You just Dont Have A Index Page Setup So All You See Are The Files In Your Public_HTML File.

Actually neither work for me, and I've had exactly the same problem with my account, it was created on Wednesday, and I haven't been able to access anything to do with it. I've also seen other people report this bug without a definate answer, I would assume it was something to do with the server move possibly, and they are simply working bugs out?

But there is a question I have, how long until the account is deleted due to inactivity, I mean I would have thrown my site up by now, but haven't been able to get to my cpanel at all.

EDIT: Not to worry, my account has started working.
