Not Impressed, worst host ever

My account was suspended after about a week, for no apparent reason, and with no explanation.

It was a simple homepage, with a few links (no porn, no games, no copyright material, no copyright pictures, nothing commercial, nothing but a bit about me and some links to sites connected with me). I can't see why the account was suspended.

And furthermore, I couldn't contact support because my login was removed as well.

So after only a week, I'm not impressed, to say the least. I'll be writing some bad reviews about this place and spreading the word to give this one a miss. Really poor service - a suspension like that, for no reason, is just plain rude.

x10hosting can go have a funny run. I'll find somewhere that's glad to have me.

Hmm ... I don't know really where to start.

Your first post here, and its a complaint.

You have no linked account ( Might be the reason for the suspension ) ... if you don't post or request support, we can't help you.

And since its your first post, you haven't noticed ... but we do handle support threads as quickly as possible. And, if you have been around here for any length of time, being told that we'll get bad reviews and that we are a bad service, gets you ignored for the most part.

We're sorry to see you go, and hope you find what you are looking for out in Cyberspace.

As StarShine said, since it's your first post you obviously haven't tried to resolve the issue nor do you want to spend the time to. You were suspended for not visiting the forums once every two weeks like you AGREED to do when you signed up for hosting. Go ahead and write bad reviews, I hope you include the part where you got suspended for breaking the TOS and didn't try to resolve the issue.
