Not possible to access Cpanel

This is Satish, I have not possible to access CPanel of www.finalyear.co.cc/cpanel.
I think it's not yet activated, please activate Cpanel. i hope definitely consider my request.

have you configured DNS server of X10hosting in your CO.CC account, if yes then wait for DNS update, it might be within 24 hours.
