My webspace http://www.horizons.x10.bz/ is loading sometimes very fast and sometimes it takes ages, or wont even start to load. Is there a possibilty to get ride of this speed problems somehow? will it be fixed if i upgrade to premium?

This would definitely be fixed if you upgraded to paid, as the paid servers have considerably fewer accounts per server and are therefore not under the constant strain that the free servers endure.
