I'm attempting to use a system known as moodle (www.moodle.org) for a site that I am creating. However I have been unable to get it to work correctly on my site. I can't determine why it isn't working. Perhaps someone here could shed some light on the problem?

You need to post whats going on with it, is it a 500 error? If so, login to cPanel, find the logs section, click on Error Logs, and paste the top 5 lines here so we can go over it with you.

Well first of all the index page doesn't display correctly:
solarempire.x10hosting.com

But I get a 404 error when I attempt to navigate to the page I need:
http://solarempire.x10hosting.com/moodle/install.php

I'm not sure why, there's no errors in the error log so I'm not sure what's wrong.

you can install Moodle using the Fantastico in ur cPanel.

Wow, thanks, I didn't notice that before.
Edit:
I used the Fantastico installation but I still get a page that says that cPanel has been installed on my site. I'm not sure why this keeps showing up.
