Nothing working

Hi,

Unfortunately I can't get into anything (except forums) now. Your latest server advice is that most things should be fixed, and that we can re-link our domain through CPanel. Well my problem is I can't get into CPanel (gives error message saying wrong login details), and my account login gives an error saying it can't access my account details. My domain name returns a blank page with a couple of folders, and appears to no longer point to my x10 domain.

My account was suspended, but several hours ago I received the message to say the suspension was lifted. But I can't get into anything all the same. And if I try my x10 domain in the URL field, I get a message saying the account is suspended. If I then click the button to get the reason for suspension I get an error: "The hosting account does not exist. It may have been terminated."

Help, please!!!!

Your account seems to be one of those affected due to the recent changes to the absolut server. Please read this http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/37238-absolut-domain-issue-thread.html and follow the instructions given.

If your add-on domain is missing you should be able to go into cPanel remove it and re-add it in. Please do this before asking for help.

Can't login to CPanel - the server rejects my login details.

If you have done this and your domain still does not work please post the following:
Domain Name
Add-On or Parked
If an add-on what directory is it supposed to be pointing to?

Domain name is: fullofgraceandtruth.net , and it's a parked domain.

I have the exact same issue as Lance with mattandnat.x10hosting.com. I cannot log into the cPanel.

And you probably will get the same answer as Lance did from GamingX. Try reading the thread completely before posting.
