I know for sure it's the service now, I've tried installing a legit vbulletin board and everytime I go to edit, it says ERROR-Headers already sent in unknown

So I erase the board and opt for phpbb3, I go to install a portal system, which comes with an automatic SQL install file, I run it, and lord and behold, ERROR-Headers already sent from unknown.

I went inside the admin panel tried making manual style adjustments, ERROR-Headers already sent from unknown.

I upload the forum and install the portal to my friend's paid hosting account and everything works perfectly.

So is there a way to get rid of whatever is causing my error ?

It may be due to recent changes, updates and fixes to all the free servers ( http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/30267-important-php-changes-read-all-servers.html )
I couldn't be for sure, as this type of errors and problems is really not my department.

Your last line really bugged me. First, you are threatening to leave and go find a paid hosting.

1. Did you realize that x10 has paid hosting to? And its on a separate server than the free host?

2. Did you know that if you don't tell the staff of problems with you account, we can't fix it? ( This is your
first post regarding this issue, yet you stated its a "reoccuring theme" )

sorry it came off wrong, that's not my intention as I enjoy my services here, but I was wondering if paying for hosting and getting less restrictions is what will make my forums and site run better without the constant header errors.

But I submitted my app to get the PHP change, hopefully it all works out.

Once again sorry for how my comment came out.

Quite Alright.
Its quite possible. The paid hosting accounts are on a separate server, have less stress on them ( because of less accounts ) have less downtime than the free servers.

http://www.x10hosting.com/services

If you are interested in checking out the paid hosting. We can transfer your account from the free to the paid if you prefer that route if your errors persist after the update.
