Now i Have 2 problems >?

Im now having a big issue with my website now, and PHPmyadmin just times out

So Basically...

Problem 1: PHPmyadmin takes so long to load i cant manage mysql databases
Problem 2: Every 2 days my website just dissapears. Help!

So i would really appricate if someone could tell whats happening.

1. We are aware of the PHPmyAdmin Issues
2. I am not sure what errors you get but currently your site is working.
