Hi,

I've just got my hosting account , all things going great :p, but I've got one problem now. :(

Initially, I registered my account under under a subdomain (aryasenna.exofire.com), All thing was doing ok, I could log-in to cpanel, seen my website already online and managed my settings.

Then, I changed the subdomain to my own domain (aryasenna.web.id). As guided in F.A.Q (13/05)., my domain pointed to these nameserver :

ns1.x10hosting.com - 67.228.168.190
ns2.x10hosting.com - 74.86.117.241

the nameserver definitely didn't pointed to those IP, really, just do a simple ping.

Ok, seems DNS already propagated, tried to access my web, surprisingly my domain now pointed to a website named 'PaperWorks Co'. (www.paperworksco.com) that later after doing some search, it is one of site hosted by x10hosting (here).

Through search, many people had reported this issue, but admin seems didn't get the point.

Like this (http://forums.x10hosting.com/feedba...ee-hosting/37090-x10hosting-name-servers.html)

ns1.x10hosting,com obviously pointed to PaperWorks co.

Simple Google search will shows ns1.x10hosting.com is redirected to Paperworks co, it even indexed.

Looking forward for this issue. :happysad:

Thanks

Username : nutshell
domain : aryasenna.web.id
package : ad-free
server : lotus

Point your domain to:
ns1.x10hosting.com - 74.86.117.243
ns2.x10hosting.com - 74.86.117.241

The fact that ns1.x10hosting.com takes you to: paperworksco.com isn't really important. It doesn't change how DNS works in any way.
