NS server ns1.x10hosting.com not update?

I know that you're updating the free hosing servers like Stoli, Chopin, etc, but have you ever pay attention to ns server?
my domain twit.cz.cc is hosted in Stoli, and I've set the NS server to ns1.x10hosting.com, the Stoli server is working well, but i can't login to cPanel, account fail... and I find the domain resolve is not updated as below:

Do you have any ETA about the Server Transfer?
