Nulled software is illegal.
As per the Terms of Service ( http://x10hosting.com/terms ) that you agreed to upon signup, your account is permanently suspended. You will not regain access to your account or your databases, and no backups will be provided.

That is correct, you are unable to recuperate the hosting account.
The installer for the script in question says it's nulled by nidhal, and the license key field defaults to the value "nulled." This was not a legal install of the script.
