Odd Site Issues

Well I read some of the other threads here and noticed that someone mentioned that the first name server address 
changed. I have a domain (lets call it "A") http://itech.mooo.com/ that is set up to work with my account. My 
real domain (lets call it "B") http://itech.x10hosting.com/.

My problem is that A works for me but B does not. I live in the US.
I have a friend in the UK and he says B works but A does not.

Also, I can not access my cPannel.

What could be causing this?

If mooo.com uses the IP then you will need to update it.

It doesn't, it points to ns1.x10hosting.com.

Edit: the mooo one isn't working anymore, should I try pointing it to the ip instead of the ns1 thing?

It's probably that your ISP hasn't updated their DNS servers yet. Updates usually occur once every 48 hours. You could also try flushing your DNS.

Its not the same as clearing your cache / temp files ...
