oekaki hosting and installing help!!

So i've been using this tutorial on how to install an oekaki (a public drawing board, google it) http://pichusworld.net/site/webmaster/oekakis-for-webmasters/install/

I'm stuck at the part that says

"It’s now time to finally install this thing. Go to http://yourdomain.com/oekaki/install.php. ‘yourdomain’ will need to be replaced with whatever domain you have. You should now see the whole installation file and all of its options. I will go through each of them and explain what they are."

I've tried putting in my x10hosting domain name in there, but nothing works. I can't find any explanation..
Does x10hosting even allow oekaki hosting? If not, can someone direct me to a hosting site that does?

Did you uploaded the oekaki onto your public_html,

When we go to your site we are not seeing any folders called oekaki

Check once. and try again.
