hold on..are you people crazy or something? he's offering 1000 fake hits - this means he's getting a bot (web or app) that will go through various proxies and visit your site. These are not actual users, these are fake hits (as he has mentioned) - your content is NOT getting read by a real person, and your ads will not be clicked - if anything your CPC for ads will go down - meaning in the long run you will get less money for each real click on your ad.
I congratulate 3aKaT for offering this, I'm just surprised some of you didn't read what he wrote in that 2nd last post.

CPC means cost per a click, if a site gets a lot of traffic but no clicks, the site is deemed as being less worthy then a site that gets a little traffic but a few clicks. So if you get a lot of fake traffic, basically just a bot opening your page and then closing the connection - it increases the traffic on your site but costs you your cpc.
The only advantage that I could see of this, is increasing a counter on your page, or eating up your bandwidth.

Depending on the advertising used on a site, and the way in which you send bots out to the site - you could still be downloading the advertisers code. For example, if you sent out bots to a page using a browser control and proxy, you would end up downloading the sites content (+images, +javascript, etc) as well as the advertisers javascript code.
If the site uses a server side include form of advertising (e.g. advertising is displayed through a php/asp include ) - you would definitely end up affecting the CPC rate - regardless of whether you used a web control bot or any other type of bot.
Either way I don't see why anyone would want fake hits, it won't make your site any more popular (it's fake traffic, and its not going to increase your google rank/alexa rank), and its just going to eat your bandwidth (php/html whatever).

bot just send get http request (whithout browser control) and any codes dont runs!!
