Often inaccessable

Hello,
My site, along with many others, are often inaccessable.
These periods, which are happening a lot of the time, are becoming a nuisance. What's happened?

We are currently working on cleaning up Stoli so it runs better. Until the maintenance is done it will be running slow and may go down from time to time.
