My website is GONE. BOTH WEBSITES GONE (main site and sub site)

FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I PUT A DOWNLOAD ON THERE AND GAVE THE LINK TO AROUND 60 PEOPLE! THEY'RE ALL GOING TO CALL ME A FAILURE WHEN I MEET THEM ALL AGAIN!

I ALSO CAN'T LOGIN TO CPANEL.
