I apparently got a free update to prime membership and 2 notifications from Bryon and Corey with the following content:
OH MY LANTA!

x10Hosting account ctr has been upgraded to prime membership.
Maybe it was thanks to my help on the IRC.
However, now I can't access my account through the account management panel.

I get this:
Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

  • An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
  • A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
  • You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.
And I can't create a support ticket through the account management panel.
Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.
However, I can access cPanel, where I discovered that I have the double everything upgrade installed.

How could the account be just, disabled from my account management panel?

What doesn't work, exactly? Your hosting account is showing up as linked to your forum account. And I'm able to see your Joomla page when I visit your site.

It's his account panel, not the hosting account. This new "Prime" package must be messing that up.
