Okay I seriously need to know this

My friends band is a need of a host and needed his band music hosted. I was wondering, if he hosts his music, does X10Hosting own them?

This is a big issue because MySpace has alter one of their songs into a remix in some other song, and yeah I read the issue in the Crossfire forum.

EDIT: Yes he/they created it themselves. (I'll probably just use my account for them since they need a website. ^^)

It would be okay to host them here, if there is no copyright violations involved (if they own the music enitrely). No, I do not think x10Hosting would "own" the music.

If they are the original creators of the songs, it's alright.

.. And no, we wouldn't consider their songs as ours. The files would be copyrighted for their respective owners.
