I permanently suspended you in accordance with x10hosting's terms of service for linking to sites that traffic warez.

I have screenshots for staff if they're required, but you should have been able to tell they were going to violate the TOS - they flat out said Warez right in the name.

There is nothing you can do to get unsuspended, or to retrieve backups.
