Hey,
I had a ad-free account for some months earlier this year. Abandoned my freelance career and thus stopped visiting the forums, my hosting account was canceled.
Something changed my mind and I wanted to resume things where I left off... so tried to apply for a new hosting account but it seems my old account (gone) is still linked to my forum username so I can't do that (it says I already have an account and I should use it!). Is there a way that can be reset or do I have to apply with a new forum username?
my old account was soplete.x10hosting.com and my old cpanel username was sopletix....
any help is appreciated!
