old account had hosting on ExoFire.net, no longer available

Is it possible to link another hosting to this old account, because I don't want to create a new one. Thanks, let me know what steps I should follow.

Yes, start with logging into account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control (use your forum credentials) and start the sign-up for hosting from in there.
