Here goes...

While the old site: Urban-Explorer.elementfx.com was still online, I went ahead and created another site under the same name: Urban-explorer but used a different subname: x10hosting.com, but for some reason - when the old was removed Saturday, it seemed to have taken the new site as well, my Forum, and blog are no longer up and running. I created the new site Apr 15th. And didn't have the chance to back-up the databases or anything.

I can see the site is active under the cPanel, and still the the databases listed: All 3 of them besides the default. Also, when trying to reapply another template, it says that the username database is not pointing to the database I had it set to. The site says its available as well if entered into the URL.

If the old site which was on a completely different server (Starka, new site is on Cossacks), using the same Url name, & different subname, could the new site be affected?

All the hard work on the new site for nothing.

Can the new site's url be reset, as I can't over-write the domain. (Preferably keeping the forum & blog in-tact.)

You got it! Wow. I didn't have time to get backups (before the site went down) , however - I did login to the cPanel about 15min ago & was able to see the Coppermine Forum database in the PhpMyAdmin, and did an extraction of the SQL file to my desktop, which is only 58.5K big. Not sure though if it will stay in-tact if I re-upload.

Thanks for your fast response.

Your website files are still there except your domain may need re-linking to your account. I appreciate your service. But, I need some information are you able to log into the cPanel? http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 ?

when I tried changing the domain from x10 to say elementfx, it gave me an error code, I was just now able to add a "1" after the subdomain and it changed it without any issues.

The error code was:

A change to your hosting account's primary domain.
Result:
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 1E9F63B0

Now I can access the site without the template and recieve this error:

Warning! This copy of website builder is licensed to another domain.

Your domain is changing back to urban-explorer.x10hosting.com now.

What date did urban-explorer.x10hosting.com stop working for you? Please give a numerical date as close to when you noticed it as possible, along with your timezone.

Hi,

It officially stopped working as of 04/17/10 - the same day I received notification that the old site had been deleted. I'm on EST timezone.

How were you notified that your old site was "deleted?"

I was notified through my Control Panel on the old account & by email that of which it was registered under. I didn't realize that they would keep the username active so I could recreate another site. So thats why I went ahead & created another site under the same subdomain, since it didn't throw me any errors about there already being an active domain of the same name that I created.
