Omg Why!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a very huge fan of Gears of War and I still can´t understand why God hates my beloved game so much.
One day while I was having another great frag session online, Mighty Thor came with his Great Hammer and sent a big noisy thunder to my block and suddenly WHAM!!! All the electricity started to fluctuate very weird and then my Xbox did this strange noise. A blackout sent all my happines to a big dark hole of broken dreams. Ok... it wasn't a big deal right?
But when electricity returned my life changed forever
Y started to freak out (OMG!!! WTF!!! WHY!!! WHY MIGHTY THOR WHY!!!:hyper
My Gears of War game had this fissure from the middle to all over the edge. And of course my Xbox never again recognized my copy.
Oh! and also it displays this really strange message.

Am I the only person in the world that has problems with mighty Thor? Please tell me that this is just a bad dream.

And yet, it brings to mind the reminders I kept being told ... to always turn off / disconnect electronic equipment during thunderstorms ( or have plugged into a surge protector ) but since you were online ... it was not only plugged into the wall, but through broadband ... a double whammy.

Sorry to here it but look on the bright side you can now sell your God struck Game on eBay. I'm sure some Religious nut would buy it, it being struck by mighty Thor and all

Rain + Thunder + No surge protection = Crispy Chips 8( <--- Thats the reason you should NEVER use unprotected electronic devises during a electrical rain storm. Maybe Thor was trying to teach you that? anyway doesn't you insurance cover you household goods and electronics? if not like Spartan said just pickup one from eBay.

I think thor is punishing all who are unworthy of this game by smiting all discs! I'm sure you can retreave the data stored on the disc and burn it on something else so you can play it again , or your xbox broke :S

Get it off of eBay for $30

Maybe I´m going to wait for the PC version, and if I don´t need a monsterPC to play it I'm going to buy it for sure, otherwise eBay is going to be my choice.
