I had an account here and I was suspended for breach of the clause in the TOS, holiday on files. (File hosting)
I just mostly use images stored internally, and there are not many pictures stored there. (If for public use would have the 150 images stored)
Let me offer my apologies and that the clause would only say that the file storage was prohibited, but it was very clear about image hosting (I thought that the files were prohibited by the weight and generated traffic, a problem that did not exist for laas images, to be small)
Is there any way to reverse the blockade? even deleting all the files in the account?

The problem I have with the "was not for public use" part is that it was right on the front page of the site. To quote the TOS:

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

I bolded the applicable part; the problem was the entire front page of the site made it clear it was meant for image hosting, and also would break this part of the TOS:

Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

Allowing other users to upload images to the site that are there purely as image hosting would be disallowed, which is what yours was doing.

That's the problem, and why it ended up under a suspension. File Hosting is also one of the zero tolerance suspension reasons, meaning we cannot reinstate access to the account anymore.
