Hello dear x10hosting staff!

I like this hosting for its stability, however today one of addon subdamains becme unavailable:
http://hotel3.underheavens.ru : Host not found.

Help please.

The domain you specified is loading a white page with several russian links. If you're unable to load your website, please try clearing your browser's cache and flushing your DNS by following the directions in these two wiki articles:

Thank you for your reply. Yes, there should be a white page with several Russian links, but I don't see it unfortunately.

Flushing caches didn't help.

I tested the site availability via http://www.site24x7.com/check-website-availability.html and found that it's available not everywhere, and it seems that it is not available through DNS servers I can see.

So I still don't know how it can be fixed.
