one site deleted. prob with hosting account

hi guys!

i have a problem with regards to 2 accounts. i totally messed up the system :nuts:

at first... i have 2 sites registered in one forum account
dcwd.x10hosting.com
victoria.x10hosting.com

i voluntarily terminated victoria.x10hosting.com because im having som problem with my main site.
now victoria.x10hosting.com is gone... but when i logged-in into my account it displays an error message

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

i tried to relog-in again for 2 days but still problem exist!

i reported my problem to this forum and now, im having another problem linking my forum username account into domain hosting username account. here is the error code

I linked your cpanel name audemar to your forum account. The problem i see now is that it's showing that the account audemar does not exist. I will look deeper into this issue.


Ok well i have searched and searched and that account doesn't exist and i can tell you probably what happened. Having 2 accounts using the same forum name will only keep one account active. I think what happened was it kept account victoria technically active and 24 days later it automatically terminated the account audemar. Now that is my guess. Knowing how the JM works and how accounts are kept active that is what i think happened.

Most of the time people create 2 accounts and 2 forum accounts, thus never having this problem. Now i am not sure what you want me to do. I can create you the same account with the same details and pm you a password or you can create a new account and make sure you use audemar because i have you linked to that cpanel name. If you don't want to use that name let me know and i will remove it from the cpanel.

you are correct Chris! one of my account (victoria.x10hosting.com) is active while dcwd.x10hosting.com was inactive whatever i do to my account.

when i request for termination of victoria.x10hosting.com, dcwd.x10hosting.com has gone.

you've given me 2 options in solving my problem

1. ) I can create you the same account with the same details and pm you a password

or


2. ) you can create a new account and make sure you use audemar because i have you linked to that cpanel name.

If you don't want to use that name let me know and i will remove it from the cpanel.

i choose option number 1 because i know that i could trust you with regards to this matter and check out what really went wrong with my account. i hope that my joomla template is still there because i dont have any backups on that one.


i want to retain audemar as my username in cpanel. just PM to me the password of my account sir chris73.

sorry if i messed up your system. this should serve a warning for all users not to create multiple accounts in one forum name just like i did :nuts:

No, if your account got terminated no backups would be there, it's solely responsible of the user.
