I have been reading the threads about email problems, and I am having similar difficulties.
A couple of months ago I posted a query about "some people not able to send email to me" (sometimes they can, sometimes they cant). (Someone*) said they would look into it, then forgot about it. Unfortunately, the search function for posts made by me doesnt work, so I cannot locate the original post.
Anyway, I just found out that several messages I have sent over the last two weeks did not reach their destination. Those destinations have received other emails from me, and have received other emails from me since then. Reading through the forums it appears that other people are having similar issues: random emails (both sent and received) are being lost.
Fortunately, my solution is to go with another email provider. But I wish to bring attention to moderators and adminstrators: IMNSHO, all of these email threads for the last couple of months are related to each other (yes, ignore the ones that are "cockpit error" :O ), but if the common parts of the email threads for the last few months are put together, I think a solution could be found.
I have been with x10hosting for many years, and I must say this is my first disappointment. But hey! Whaddya want for free!
