Only one folder gets a 500 error? And Lotus won't load?

I run http://geardawg.co.cc and the front page loads, but http://geardawg.co.cc/forum give me a 500 error every time I try to load it. Then when I go to http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082, Chrome tells me "Oops! This link appears to be broken.", which is a 404.

What's wrong with all this? I didn't see any service notices or anything in my hosting control panel.

MySql on some servers is currently down.This is a temporary issue

Okay, I would understand MySQL bringing down the phpBB forum I have, but what about the Lotus panel? Is it MySQL dependent, too (just for future knowledge when the MySQL servers are down)?
