Help please.

This is my first site and it was only up for a few days until the absolute server problem.

I can now only access the account info.

I cant access with my ftp client, i cant access the control panel and my domain still gives the 404 error.

I do have everything backed up if I have to sign up again but would like somebody to tell me if I have too or if it can be fixed.

You don't have to sign up again. There is a thread over in server alerts. Post your cpanel and domain information and they will fix your account.
