open Cpanel link directs to ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Just signed up to the site and clicking on my link to open cpanel and cannot get any further.

Ive waited 24 hours just in case.

Any help please?

Problem solved, it was our firewall blocking it. tried in on my phone via 4G and it works.
